I visited your showroom … and was truly impressed with not only the professionalism of your staff, but their willingness to answer any and all questions. Your salesman gave me the initial information on the system packages and options available. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.

I decided the following day to do the installation myself. I returned to the showroom and was immediately greeted by another salesman. He was able to get the required forms filled out in a short time, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. He went as far as explaining the installation, and the direction to point the DISH in. Additionally, he gave me his card and explained how to contact him if I encountered ANY problems.

I was in the middle of the installation on Saturday and realized that I had an unserviceable component to attach the LBNF to. I drove back into town at 4:30 p.m. When I arrived at the showroom, I was helped by the sales-manager himself, before I had gotten to the steps of the showroom. I was given another part, and he went as far as giving me his home telephone number. He told me to call no matter how small the problem and he would do whatever he could to help out.

I want to thank everyone involved for their professionalism. It was a great experience from start to finish. It is very refreshing to be able to receive the courteous and knowledgeable service your company offers. It is very obvious that you have surrounded yourself with quality associates who are dedicated to Sky.Com and its continued success. I fully intend to recommend your company to everyone I know who will consider the purchase of a satellite system in the future.
