I visited your showroom … and was truly impressed with not only the professionalism of your staff, but their willingness to answer any and all questions. Your salesman gave me the initial information on the system packages and options available. He was very knowledgeable and courteous.
I decided the following day to do the installation myself. I returned to the showroom and was immediately greeted by another salesman. He was able to get the required forms filled out in a short time, and I was on my way within 15 minutes. He went as far as explaining the installation, and the direction to point the DISH in. Additionally, he gave me his card and explained how to contact him if I encountered ANY problems.
I was in the middle of the installation on Saturday and realized that I had an unserviceable component to attach the LBNF to. I drove back into town at 4:30 p.m. When I arrived at the showroom, I was helped by the sales-manager himself, before I had gotten to the steps of the showroom. I was given another part, and he went as far as giving me his home telephone number. He told me to call no matter how small the problem and he would do whatever he could to help out.
I want to thank everyone involved for their professionalism. It was a great experience from start to finish. It is very refreshing to be able to receive the courteous and knowledgeable service your company offers. It is very obvious that you have surrounded yourself with quality associates who are dedicated to Sky.Com and its continued success. I fully intend to recommend your company to everyone I know who will consider the purchase of a satellite system in the future.
Annual Golf Tournament to Help Those Who Need It...
To Skycom golfers,
I would like to give you a quick update about what has gone on with Marcus since you all had the tournament for him. He has really made some great gains. He is now able to go out in public places more and more without getting upset so much. He welcomes strangers as well as willing to meet new people. He is now toilet-trained which we did not ever think would happen. It is so nice not to have to mess with diapers anymore. He is now trying to walk on his own he does take steps at home without any help however his balance is not real good right now but is improving.
This is his last year at CCVI he will graduate in May. We will miss the school as well as the staff they have been so supportive to all of us.
Marcus talks all the time now and is very inquisitive about things. His memory is almost unbelievable he continues to love music of all kinds. I would like to thank you all so much for all you have done for our son as you see it has been a blessing for him as well as us. He may have not been able to go there the extra time without your help. I hope you all continue to help others to benefit from your tournaments as we will never be able to thank you enough and may God bless each one of you.

I'm writing this letter to tell you how pleased I was with the installer that came out to install my system. He introduced himself to me and was very courteous.
He called me before he came and asked instruction on how to get to my house and showed up on time. He went about his installation process with great care for my property and the equipment that he was installing. He told me about the process that he was going through and answered all my questions, which were many. Every time he entered my house he wiped his feet and as he was working in my living room he picked up every piece of debris from the installation.
When he finished, he called and had the service activated, he then went through the operation of the unit with great detail for a non-tech person.
He demonstrated the skill of salesmanship and technology that will be a service to your company and a boost to the industry.
