4. Why do I need a credit card to qualify?

For most new accounts that choose to qualify for our special customer promotions, a credit card is required for confirmation. All credit cards are confirmed with the processor and verify that you do reside at your residence and confirm whom we are doing business with. You are not required to pay for your monthly services by credit card. As stated the card is used for confirmation - the same process utilized by hotels and car rental companies when you utilize their services.

5. Where does the dish get mounted?

Our professional service team will provide you with many installation options such as: roof, eave, pole or chimney mounting- just to name a few. Our technician will professionally mount your exterior antenna in the least visible manner possible. Super Dish installation is best done by mounting the Dish to a pole in the ground.

6. Are there any movie channels included with the packages?

7. How many TVs can be connected at the time of installation?

We can connect up to 16 TVs to the same dish antenna. We offer customers several different packages and promotion options that allow you to customize your installation-whether you live in single or multiple family households.

8. Programming - What's the best value for my money?

Our Top 180 package gives you more movies, more sports, more news, and more variety than any other package available. This package is the best value dollar for dollar when you want family entertainment

9. Our Homeowners Association forbids satellite dishes.

We would love to have you as a new subscriber. Our Dish antenna sizes are 18" to 20" and comply with the Satellite Consumer bill of Rights, a regulation by the FCC on August 6, 1996. This regulation PREEMPTS area zoning ordinances and Homeowner Association (HOA) Covenants and restrictions on DBS Dish antennas. This rule was required by Congress in the 1996 telecommunications Act. Some HOA's have been fighting to keep restriction rights by threatening court action on tenants with dish antennas, in some cases arguing that the dish antenna was installed in a common area, calling the air apace above the homeowners roof where this dish is installed, the common area. Be aware that Congress is on your side in this matter.
